Pop-up sorbet tasting. 
Eva-Fiore Kovacovsky serves beech-leaf sorbet made from fresh beech leaves that she collected in a forest on the outskirts of Berlin. Beech-Leaf Sorbet (2024) is part of the Vernal Unfolding project presented in the exhibition I only work with lost and found – Goldrausch 2024 at Kunstraum Kreuzberg.
