Finissage Promising Premises, Bärenzwinger Berlin

For the project Vernal Unfolding I have been working with the leaves of the common beech tree (Fagus sylvatica) and the restart of photosynthesis in spring. For the finissage of the exhibition Promising Premises in I created and served Beech Leaf-Sorbet from fresh beech leaves forrages in a forest on the outskirts of Berlin.
